On Sunday, December 21, 2025, we held the second event in our series of promotional activities in Frankfurt, Germany.

The program, scheduled to begin at 3:00 PM, started approximately half an hour late due to simultaneous commemorations held by various associations in the region: the anniversary of the December 19th Maraş Massacre and the massacres carried out in prisons on December 19, 2000, under the name "Operation Return to Life." Despite this delay, the number of participants was satisfactory.

The venue's multiple halls provided a significant advantage, enhancing the efficiency of the event. In one hall, Naciye Şimşek exhibited her handcrafted works made from discarded plastic waste. In the same hall, Nurneval Barut contributed to the exhibition with a selection of Kurdish folk costumes.

In the other hall, works by Muzaffer Oruçoğlu, Garip Şahin, Kemal Dinç, and Sinan Ertem were featured. Additionally, a book stand set up at the entrance of the association added intellectual depth to the event. In the first part of the program, Öznur Bakırcıoğlu, an actress from the Mavi Hayal Sahnesi theater group, performed a scene from Shakespeare's Hamlet. This highly impressive performance was greatly appreciated by the audience. Following the theatrical presentation, KÖKSAV representatives Zeliha Altuntaş, Sultan Karataş, and Emre Erdal took the floor and provided comprehensive assessments of the foundation's vision, reasons for establishment, and its journey to the present day.

Following a twenty-minute lunch break, Grup Temburistan took the stage, adding dynamism to the program with their powerful musical performance and erbane recital. The announcement from the stage by this artistic group, working alongside Kenan Taşkesen, that they will be collaborating with KÖKSAV in the future, was one of the most meaningful and strategic moments of the event. The care, courtesy, and warm attention shown by the Houchtanus Alevi Cultural Center, which provided the venue, played a decisive role in ensuring the event proceeded smoothly and according to plan. Furthermore, the messages of solidarity received in writing from various associations and institutions further reinforced the significance of the day.

We believe this event is a step that both deepens corporate collaborations and expands areas of joint production focused on culture and the arts, and is an important achievement for #KÖKSAV's corporate presence.
